Do you send a proof of the design for approval before the order is made?

Yes, all custom designed orders will have a photo of the final design sent to you to approve before the product is made.

How long will it take for my order to be made?

While we strive to have your order ready for shipping or pick-up within 3 days, it can take up to 7 business days.

This timeframe is on top of the delivery times suggested by Australia Post.

If you are needing your products quickly please contact us BEFORE placing your order.

I have my own artwork/design, can I use that?

Usually yes, please contact us BEFORE placing your order to make sure that it is artwork that we can use.

All artwork/designs shared by you must be your property and be in a .png or .svg file.

We cannot use copywrite or trademarked images.

I have a question about a product.

How exact are the product colours?

While every effort is made to keep the product colours as accurate as possible, some factors can make them differ slightly. These include lighting and the colour differences on your monitor or screen. Please keep this in mind when ordering as refunds will not be given for slight colour differences.

Do you discount for bulk orders?

Yes. If you are wanting to purchase a large amount of a product, please contact us BEFORE placing your order and we can quote you for a bulk order.

Discounts differ depending on the size of your order.

What payments do you accept?

We currently accept Afterpay, Zip, Klarna, PayPal and major credit cards.

Where is my order?

You will be emailed your shipping details including tracking numbers for Australia Post when your order is sent.

Alternatively you can sign up for a free account under the My Account tab at the top of the page and your order details can be found in there.


Delivery

What are the delivery costs?

We offer a flat shipping rate of $15 and FREE SHIPPING on orders over $75.

I live locally to you, can I pick up my order?

Yes you can. If you live within a 100km radius, when you checkout you will be given the option of delivery or local pick up.

We will contact you when your order is ready for collection and pick-up is available from 46 Kurrajong Avenue, Leeton.

Opening hours are –

MON-TUE: CLOSED, WED-THU: 11am-2pm, FRI: 2pm-6pm, SAT: 10am-1pm, SUN: Closed

(We do have occasional markets on the weekends, please check our Facebook page – https://www.facebook.com/alishacottombydesign – for our weekend trading trading hours and location. We are closed on days we have markets)


Return Policy

If you are unhappy with your product, please return the item within 14 days of receipt (excludes personalised products) for a refund.

If a product is faulty on arrival please contact us to arrange a full refund.

Personalised products can only be refunded if they are faulty on arrival. Once the design proof has been approved by yourself and the product has started to be made, your order cannot be cancelled or refunded.
